RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Little Angel Paws. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused or gently inspected, and in its original packaging when reasonably possible.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional product cost to you.

Returns

To request a return, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the appropriate return address. Please do not send products to the address shown on your original package or to any other address without receiving return instructions from us first.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a seller-paid remedy, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been significantly used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
